Rule 21
Discussion Management

(1) At the beginning of the hearing of the case, the tribunal may give instructions to the parties or legal practitioners to discuss the case, being limited to the questions to be decided in that case.
(2) Considering the nature and content of the case, the tribunal may fix the time for the hearing. The law practitioner will have to do it within the specified time limit.
(3) If the tribunal deems it necessary due to the complex legal question involved in the case, or if the legal practitioner of the party wants to submit the affidavit, the tribunal may order to submit the affidavit two days before the hearing date.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the tribunal gives an order to submit a written note, the legal practitioner concerned shall submit a written written note on the specified day.
